1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and bangbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing any wager on bangbat, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

bangbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on bangbat, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, bingo, crash games, and any promotional offers or bonuses associated with those products.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The bangbat Platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use bangbat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, nor are you depositing funds belonging to any third party.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by a recognised gambling regulatory authority.
• You do not have a gambling addiction or disorder that has been medically recognised and for which you are currently receiving treatment.

Age Verification

bangbat reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any user at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). Failure to provide adequate documentation within the time period stipulated in the request may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on bangbat, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number registered in your own name. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

One Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active account on bangbat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. bangbat employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual may be suspended, and balances (including any pending withdrawals) may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bangbat Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Login details with any other person under any circumstances. bangbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your Login credentials. You must notify bangbat support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud and money laundering, bangbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC documentation may be requested at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address document dated within the past three months. In some cases, proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number) may also be requested.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bangbat supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). All BDT transactions are processed directly in Bangladeshi Taka with no currency conversion fees applied by bangbat.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit via USDT (TRC-20) is 10 USDT; via Bitcoin is 0.0005 BTC.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bangbat does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, loans, or borrowed funds.
• Deposits are credited to your bangbat account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network. Typical confirmation times are: bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay — near-instant; USDT TRC-20 — 1 to 5 minutes; Bitcoin — 10 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount via BDT mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• The majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.
• bangbat reserves the right to request additional identity or payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Winnings derived from free spins, free bets, or bonus funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirements applicable to that promotion. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is only available once those requirements have been met in full.
• Attempted withdrawal of funds that have not been legitimately wagered in accordance with these Terms may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the account being reviewed for potential policy violations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bangbat periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL cricket season specials, Eid promotions, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form an integral part of these general Terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have completed account registration on bangbat.
• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total qualifying bets).
• Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited to your account, and the wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
• bangbat reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Refer to the specific offer terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus per household address, device, IP address, payment method, and email address is permitted. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• bangbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, bangbat's decision is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of bangbat are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of account use.
• Money Laundering: Using bangbat as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bangbat is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or analyse games in a manner not explicitly permitted.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to generate profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used to place bets on the Platform.
• VPN Circumvention: Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions, particularly to access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards bangbat staff or other users via any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bangbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the user is under the age of 18.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal obligation arising from applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your bangbat account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC and security verification requirements have been satisfied. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 72 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling or who are concerned about their gambling habits may request a self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or through live chat support. Self-exclusion options include cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, as well as a full self-exclusion of a minimum of six months. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bangbat, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, bangbat specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to technical or human error, where such errors are identified and corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, crypto networks).
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside bangbat's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures.
• Any financial loss or legal consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

Intellectual Property

All content on bangbat — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bangbat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bangbat.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which bangbat is incorporated and licensed as an offshore platform. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through bangbat's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may seek resolution through a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. bangbat's decision on all gaming-related disputes (including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status) is final and binding, subject only to the ADR process described above.
